With over 40 years' experience in the vertical transportation industry, Dean has worked across service, sales, key accounts and business development.

Known for his practical approach and deep technical knowledge, Dean works closely with clients to deliver reliable, effective solutions.

Nicolas joined LML as Managing Director in 2026, bringing almost 20 years' experience spanning government infrastructure leadership, major project delivery and independent international advisory.

He was previously Director of Infrastructure at Infrastructure NSW, directing strategy and delivery across multiple state significant precincts, and held senior delivery roles at Arcadis and CBRE across projects including Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro and WestConnex. His advisory experience extends internationally, having led infrastructure and climate resilience programmes for organisations such as UN-Habitat. At LML, Nicolas draws on this breadth of technical, commercial and governance experience to support the firm's clients and its next phase of growth.

Nicolas is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, MIEAust), registered as APEC Engineer and IntPE(Aus), with current practising credentials on the National (NER), Queensland (RPEQ) and Victorian (RPEV) Engineers Registers, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) from the University of Sydney.

With circa 20 years' experience across private equity and investment banking, Srihari joined LML as Managing Director in 2026. Prior to joining LML, he held senior roles at leading organisations including IFM Investors, UBS and Deutsche Bank, bringing extensive experience in strategy, investment, M&A and business growth.

Srihari has worked alongside senior management teams to develop and execute growth strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.
