LML will design a solution based on your requirements to future proof your Lift, Escalator or Moving Walk assets and increase the value of your building.

 

During the proposed modernisation, upgrade or installation process LML will prepare a Technical Specification based on a site inspection of the equipment and current site conditions. Our Technical Specification details the necessary design works including specific requirements, code, accessibility and other compliance requirements.

 

Other services include tendering of the upgrade works, assessment of tenders and negotiations and preparation of an upgrade Contract (AS2124).  LML perform a number of services during the upgrade process, from letter of intent to certificates of practical completion.
